well as i see its already quite dead here maybe a restart would be a good idea . and i think it would be a good if robiotic get this time a little more control over the game here so push some characters more into the game (no offense ) i personally like the idea idea and it would be sad if it dies

I concur, this is a cool idea and i'd hate to see it all go to waste...

I never got to play, so, as long as the games keep goin, I'm okay with a reset.

What would a GM do?

come up with thing that happen, the general idea of what's going on behind the scenes, and providing motivations and actions to the non-player characters that fill the world and interact with the players - it's a lot of work

Say, hypothetically, someone wanted to become a GM. Who would said hypothetical person talk to and would 4 years of DMing D&D help?

Any experience running any game helps, the difference between dice and no-dice RPs is that no-dice games look to the players themselves (GM too) for all elements of randomness and consequences-of-failure. In short you take dice out of the game's drive system, leaving only Players and Plot to move things along.
As far as who to ask is concerned, look at the the original poster of each thread in this forum, talk to them.
